Mother of Mercy Academy will be holding the Basketball Slam fundraiser, which builds on the excitement of the
NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. All proceeds from the fundraiser directly benefit our school.
Tickets for this fundraiser are $10 each and we encourage you to purchase and/or sell as many as you can.

• The order form for tickets is enclosed and is due back by Thursday, March 16th. You can complete the order form and send it to: The School Office.
• You must pay for the tickets up front with cash or check made payable to: Mother of Mercy Academy.
• If you are planning to keep the tickets, please fill out the stubs and return them ASAP.
• If you are selling them to friends and family, make sure their name and contact information is on the ticket stub. All stubs will be due back by Tuesday. March 21st.
• You can track the progress of your ticket by viewing the leader board at www.basketballsweeps.com.
• You will need to enter an access code or login.

 
There are 24 teams used for the purpose of this fundraiser. The ticket holder scratches off the box on the front
of the ticket to reveal their 4 teams for the entire tournament. Team codes are listed on the back of the ticket. If
any team(s) does not make it into the tournament, a replacement team will be assigned and posted at
www.basketballsweeps.com after March 13, 2023. Each teams' score from all rounds played are added together
and compared to determine the HIGHEST and LOWEST prizes! Tickets are valid for the entire duration of the
